Quiet time to get centred. Intentions before we move. A strong and soulful practice to get you out of your head and into your heart. Because we all need to spend more time there.
We’ll be fun and daring and playful, with options for arm balances and upside downs, and exactly zero pressure to nail any pose in particular… that’s not what we’re here for.
Every body is utterly welcome, you cannot be too stiff, too old, or too inexperienced to sparkle up your senses, and this practice will leave you feeling good all the way to your bones.
THE DESIRE MAP
With your inner-compass set to “zest for life”, it’s time for an introduction to Desire Mapping.
Think for a moment… How do you want to feel when you wake up in the morning? When you get in the car? When you hit the gym? When you open the door at work? How do you want to feel when you walk into a room? Meet someone new? Have a breakthrough?
