Sweet Sweet Standing Series
Pretty much everyone I know has a bit of a love/hate relationship with standing poses series. But love ’em or hate em, this part of the practice is packed with strength, focus and (in this case, anyway) sweet sweet hip release!
I’ve been recovering from a painful, frustrating, and what’s felt like a never-ending back injury for most of this year. Anything one-sided has been totally off the table for me, and I’ve been working on strengthening and stabilising my core without accidentally shifting anything out of place. I’ve felt so limited in my practice!
This last few weeks I’ve come on leaps and bounds, and have finally started edging back into things like sun salutations and standing poses and IT’S FELT SOOOO GOOD!!!
